Based on the beautiful South Gippsland Coast, we believe in the concept of ‘food is medicine’. Our dual passions around real food and wellbeing form the foundation of our business. We create high quality, healing products with ingredient transparency, local provenance, regenerative farming and sustainability in mind.
Tony
I am a passionate chef and eager permaculturalist. I believe in healthy soil, organic farming, real food and real flavours and have been making traditional broths for over twenty years.
Due to a personal health crisis and diagnosis of Hashimoto’s Disease, I began to look at the healing properties of this traditional, wholesome product. Bone broth has now become a constant in my life and will continue to be. The importance of maintaining a healthy gut cannot be over estimated and I love being able share my healing products to help others.
Felicity
I have an avid interest in holistic approaches to health. My biomedical science background and yoga teacher training led me to use a variety of holistic approaches to help manage IBS and persistent anxiety and depression. More and more research is showing just how important our gut health is and the links between our gut health and brain function.
Dietary inclusion of bone broth not only helped Tony’s recovery from and management of his autoimmune condition but has helped me considerably too. It continues to be a dietary staple that supports our families wellness and I am passionate about sharing its benefits with you all too!
